It was an amazing time, and I felt very refreshed afterwards. A quick note of advice: if you decide to get the “Teen Facial”, check your face afterwards. I had found an ashy grey oil on my nose and eyebrow after my own that was easily washed off with a small amount of water. My grandmother got the adult version, and she didn’t have any grey oils on her face after the fact.
My husband and I visited the Whitley for a quick spa stay. We really enjoyed our massages by Cindy & Mariah. They both had exceptional pressure and techniques. They were professional and also really nice. During the time there, Naylah and Shukura were personable and caring. They wanted to make sure we enjoyed the visit. The relaxation room is cozy, dim, and they serve champagne & light snacks. Their rose tea is also really good. Thank you. We will be back soon.
The most amazing spa experience thanks to Antranae. I got a performance massage followed by a scalp massage and reflexology. I was sad when it was over, it was just right! I recommend treating yourself here. The staff makes you feel special and after your massage there is an awesome lounge to continue relaxing. I had the best time and will be back!
The entire spa experience, from check-in to check-out, was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and classy. My aesthetician, La’Tonia, gave me the best facial and scalp massage ever. When you first walk in, room’s ambiance immediately relaxes you. La’Tonia’s hospitality, impeccable manners, and expertise as an aesthetician helped me be in the moment, forget all my troubles, and relax for an hour. My skin and my heart felt amazing. I would come back in a heartbeat.
First time at Whitley spa, for a birthday massage treat with CBD. I arrived 20 minutes early & used valet as 2 hours covered which. I was shown the lounge which was very nice and changed, had water etc. They gave champagne but it waa awful flat, not bubbly and bitter. I then made tea and lounged a bit. Then I didn't have my watch on but felt like waiting too long. Went to front desk since I wasn't told anything.. Saw it was bout 8 minutes past my appointment time!! Front desk stated masseuse was stuck in traffic? I was in shock how unprofessional & unacceptable to not arrive way in advance hours before a a client appointment. When she arrived by then quarter after. She was non chalant talking about traffic which again shows lack of preparation. Then she has to prepare as I'm on the table smh. And already my massage time had been cut into so I was upset! Miss El (L) gave a basic massage nothing to rave about. After my time shortened then so was my time in the sauna etc. Overall a lackluster experience and they even charge an auto gratuity &; service fee which I attempted to have removed. I definitely will not be back as there are much better spas to go to for a great massage - where your time is valued, and cam get treated much better.
