See the Georgia Governor's Mansion, the Atlanta History Center, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Park. Start in Buckhead, home to the Georgia Governor's Mansion. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, step inside the mansion for a closer look. Continue to the Atlanta History Center, which includes the Swan House, the Cyclorama, the Smith Plantation, the Atlanta History Center Museum, and the Swan Coach House. Next, head to Midtown, known for its vibrant arts scene. Pass by the Atlanta Varsity, Woodruff Arts Center, the Fox Theatre, and Atlantic Station. Finally, explore Downtown, where Atlanta’s history began. Visit Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Park.
