Celebrating 50 years in 2026, the Atlanta Botanical Garden has long been the place Atlantans go to connect with nature and feel human again; an escape from the city in the very center of it.
Plan to spend 1.5 to 2 hours exploring at your own pace; all paths are accessible to heels and wheels.
Wander outdoor gardens that change with the seasons. Explore a nationally renowned collection of orchids. Get a bird's-eye view of an old-growth forest from a Canopy Walk suspended 40 feet up. Watch children climb, splash and grow in the award-winning Children's Garden. See a collection of succulents complement city views from the Skyline Garden. Discover the Garden's permanent collection of original glass sculptures and drawings by Dale Chihuly.
