BGR Burgers Grilled Right – My Honest Experience I really wanted to love this place, but for me, it was just... *meh.* With all due respect, the name "BGR – Burgers Grilled Right"didn't match the taste. The restaurant itself was very clean, the presentation of the food was nice, and the customer service was fantastic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the overall environment was pleasant. As for the food, it just didn't deliver. I ordered the Truffle Wagyu Burger with tater tots. The tots were good—but it's pretty hard to mess up tots. Unfortunately, the burger was bland and lacked the flavor I was expecting, especially at that price point. I ate half. - was hungry My niece ordered the Bacon Burger and I intentionally waited until after she finished eating before asking what she thought so my opinion wouldn't influence hers. She simply said it was "okay." Our meal came to over **$40 before the tip**, and after tipping, the total was **$52**. For that price, I expected a much more memorable meal. This is just my personal opinion and experience. While I can't complain about the service, cleanliness, or atmosphere, the food simply didn't live up to the hype or the cost for me.
Ordered the limited time Bison Burger and I absolutely love the Parmesan fries! Evertime I come to charge my Tesla, I always order from this burger place. Big fan.
The food is really good. My only issue is the lack of options for people who prefer not to eat beef. There’s a special I would love to order, but they don’t offer any substitutes. Not everyone eats beef or even meat in general, so it would be nice if there were more flexible options to make it fair and enjoyable for everyone.
Lunch special sign is very deceiving. It is apparently only for beef burgers which if you are new here like me, you would never know this as the sign does not describe that so to my surprise when I wanted a veggie burger, it was not a lunch special and ended up being almost double the price. The food was pretty good, but this irritated me so much I don’t for see me going back anytime soon because of this…
