We went to Wild Leap for the first time last night to meet up with friends after having not seen each other in WAY too long. Our experience was incredible, and the space is SO COOL. It will definitely be amazing for World Cup 2026!! It's super close to the stadium and has a kind of underground-but-breezy-open-air vibe. Feels safe and super comfortable. We started out on the front patio where there's fire pits and comfy deck chairs, but moved to the covered patio when it started to rain later in the night. There were lots of TVs to watch sports which came in handy so we could watch the last game of the NBA Western Conference (let's go Spurs!!). Our bartender for the night, Angel, truly lived up to her name. She was so kind, knowledgeable, quick, and attentive even though she was the only one working the bar (other waitstaff were assigned to the upstairs bar/event space where there was a comedy show going on). She helped us sample and pick out the best beers and boozy slushies, served as the cashier and barback, ran food out to all the tables, and kindly went around to all the parties in the brewery to check if we knew who owned the phone someone mistakenly left at the bar. Angel is a total SUPER STAR and absolutely deserves a promotion 🤩 Fantastic beer and cocktail menu, great food, super cool space, and incredible service! What more could you ask for?? Can't wait to come back!!
Had a beer flight late afternoon, and it was splendid. The brews are deliciously creative and the bartenders friendly and helpful. I had a beer question and was lucky the brewer was in between things and could come out and chat, clearly knew their stuff.
Great location! Amazing outdoor area below street level, stays nice and cool. Ice cold beer, great service with amazing atmosphere. Free parking out back!
The facility is nice. But I find it hard to believe that a company could spend that much money on a place without considering food. Whether it’s a licensing issue or something else I don’t know but the food comes out of a food truck outside the bottom floor. They give you your food in a bag. Ok. The plastic container was coated with grease. The food smelled like old grease making me wonder about the conditions inside the truck. If you want food, go elsewhere. The drinks were great. Don’t expect any special brews though. I had the chicken tenders and fries but only ate the tenders which were small. And only 3.
